WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN!!!
I am Mrs. Hofsiss - your child's kindergarten teacher! I am so excited to meet your child and begin the new school year. I would also like to introduce Mrs. Agurto (Ms. A). She is my kindergarten assistant. As you know, this year will be unlike any other for all of us! Like you, we are learning a new way of teaching remotely. We have been working to help make this process as easy and organized as possible. We must work TOGETHER to help your child have a successful kindergarten year.
I would also like to share that I am currently expecting a baby, due in mid-October. My maternity leave is scheduled to begin on October 1st. As my family is preparing to welcome a new baby, we will be welcoming someone new into our classroom family. I would like to introduce Mrs. Larti. We have been working together to prepare for the upcoming school year. She will be joining us throughout the next few weeks and we will continue to work together as we make the transition for my maternity leave. I am scheduled to return later in the school year & I look forward to seeing you all again.
